You should not squeeze the pimples as squeezing can lead to spread of inflammation both inside and outside the skin surface. Squeezing generally results in increasing the size of acne. Antibiotics prescribed by your dermatologists can also reduce the size of the pimple to 50 % in 24 hours.
In few cases you can ask your dermatologist to give you a shot directly in to your pimple that will reduce the size of the pimples and makes it disappear within 24 hours. You can also use laser treatment for acne in cases when acne treatment at home is not possible. You can use the scientific way to cure your acne, but make sure that should not damage your skin.
