There are a few treatments for this condition apparently, but they are not permanent. Ayurveda on the other hand can provide a permanent solution for obesity. Ayurveda believes in searching for the root cause of a problem and then eliminating it. According to Ayurveda, there are 7 tissues in a human body and meda or fat being one of them.

When there is a low digestive fire, the food is not digested properly, which leads to the formation of a mucus like substance called ama, which gets deposited in the channels carrying fat. Thus it blocks the path or turns food into fat, thereby lessening the nutritional aspects of food. Also mental condition can lead to lower digestion and thus deposition of fat.

In ayurveda there are two aims – one is to stimulate the digestive fire, so no ama is formed, and also to clean the channels which are already blocked by that substance. If this can be done, then the nutrition of the food will reach the proper area, and we can avoid the problem of obesity. You can do exercise to keep obesity at bay, use lemon and honey in warm water and drink in the morning to keep the channels clean.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
