  3. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables everyday-make it a point to eat about 2 cups of assorted fruits and 2 cups of assorted vegetables everyday as they will give you all the needed vitamins and minerals.
  4. Eat everything in moderation-eat a balanced diet and get enough of every nutrient.
  5. Be in love-studies show that married people live longer than single ones.
  6. Laughter is the best medicine-when we laugh, our body releases happy hormones to endorphins which are important for us and help us get rid of illnesses and ailments.
  7. Have a group of supportive and close friends-having close friends is like having a good doctor and can help one be happier and younger
  8. Have a healthy sex life-studies show that those who have sex 2 to 3 times a week are healthier than others.
  9. Take safety precautions-don’t drink and drive, wear a safety belt and have safe sex etc.
  10. Get enough sleep everyday-sleep for around 7-8 hours every day. Rest and sleep helps to energize the body.
