Drinking lot of fluids

Most people drink a glass of water before going bed. But, in taking too many liquids before going to bed will make you run to the bathroom throughout the night.

Sitting in front of television or computer

Chemical called melatonin present in the body helps us to sleep easily. But, we won’t get sleep easily when we sit in front of the television or mobile.

Snacking or eating too full

Have dinner too late in the evening or eat full tummy is the bad habit that probably makes you feel restless. Eating too much of food close to your bedtime make your digestive system work overtime.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
