Treat your Neck Pain Through Yoga

The first thing that you need to do is to loosen your shoulders. This can be done by rolling them forward and backwards 3 times each. No put your hands on your waist, inhale and turn your head to the left and right, by stretching it completely.

Do this 3 times to the right and the left each while feeling the stretch. Now make your chin go to your chest while inhaling in. Stretch it as much as possible and then go back to the normal position while exhaling out.

You can also make your chin extend to your chest and make half circles to your ears one by one. Do this three times while inhaling in and out. Another thing that you can do is that you can place your hands on the back of your neck and then make circles with your neck. Do this three times while you inhale in and out.  Now place your thumbs in the area where the head meets the skull and massage that area a couple of times to find relief from neck pain.
