To have a peaceful sleep you need to have a proper routine in place as your body understands the signals what you provide every day and works accordingly.

The meal timings, snack timing along with workout and other activity timings must be scheduled and organized properly for your body to work properly and get a proper sleep every day. You should complete your dinner at least 3-4 hours before you sleep every day. The food you eat before sleep also has a direct impact on your sleep and it is recommended to have food that is easy to digest by the body in dinner. A cup of soup and fruits can be included in your dinner and do not include very heavy diet that cannot be digested easily. High fat and high protein foods are not recommended as it takes longer time to digest.

Including healthy fats in your diet has a positive impact on your body. Healthy fats can be nuts, flaxseeds and filtered oils that help in brain performance.
