There can be specific ways of eating that can lead to muscle building. According to Dr. Josh Axe, the best way to gain muscles quickly is to take liquid calories in a high quantity. This is so because, it is not so easy for anybody to have six huge meals per day, therefore, it is a smarter way if 5 big meals are taken and one meal is replaced by high calorie shakes that should do the trick.

Other than this, Dr. Axe suggests that one should intake stipulated amount of carbohydrate, protein and fat every day. The protein intakes in grams should be equal to one’s weight in pound or kilograms. For this, the best sources should be organic chicken or turkey, beef from cows fed on grass etc.

Also one should take good quality fat like omega 9 fatty acid, and some short chain fat butter found in coconut oil among other things. Some good quality carbohydrates are also required, and the best source of that, according to Dr. Axe are sweet potatoes. Also, go gluten free to gain muscle.
