Diet – Have a nutritious and high fibre diet which is very important in having a good skin. Cut down high fibre diet especially the fatty foods and non-veg food, try to take
lot of fruits which contains vitamin C which helps in improving in skin glow.
Water – Drink at least 2-4 liters of water to maintain a good skin.
Sun exposure – Avoid excess sun exposure i.e harsh sunlight after 10 to 4 o’clock is dangerous which even causes cancer. Apply sunscreen lotion before stepping into the sunlight. This sunscreen works for only about 3 to 4 hours try to apply for every 3 to 4 hours to have good sun protection.
Skin hydration – Hydration of the skin is very important from inside as well as from outside, Drink a lot of water and from outside and cleanse your face at least on 2 times a day. Washing more frequently with face wash or soap will cause a lot of dryness and apply moisturiser. When the skin is wet immediately after washing apply moisturizer to retain the moisture in the skin .
Pimple care – Pimples are one of the reasons to get pigmented spots on the face, so it is important that you take care of your pimples. Pimples are treated at the early stage will not leave behind much of marks on the face and next using it toner basically the main function of a toner is to reduce the pour size and it helps in having a flawless skin. Having around 7 to 8 hours of sleep is very important to have a glowing skin and for reducing stress.
Physical activity- Physical activity basically increases the blood circulation in the skin so that it can eliminate the toxins and the counter at the free radical damage and the stress. So at least about half an hour of physical activity is very important for having a good skin, you can actually do the physical activity like walking for half an hour, cycling, dancing.
