Morning Sunlight Exposure for Weight Loss

A large population of human beings are constantly trying to find new and easy ways to lose weight. Besides regular exercising and making dietary changes, one thing that overweight people can do to get rid of extra pounds is getting good exposure to morning sunlight.

It is a fact that most of us do not like to go out in the sunlight, especially in the morning but this can be really beneficial.  Because of the fact that the sun’s angle increases in the winter, the sun exposure is less powerful in the winter months.

Along with sun exposure, one must also have adequate DHA in their cell membranes.  This is critical to make use of energy offered to us by the sun.  While getting sun exposure, try to be grounded to the earth. This gives you body more energy from the environment and more energy you have, less your body has to work to produce it and fat loss can thus become effortless.  Walk barefoot on the concrete, sand, dirt, grass or other such grounds. Asphalt is an insulator and hence it may not work or give you the energy needed for weight loss through sun exposure.
