Detox can be done by various elements and different methods, but, their aim is the same, flushing out all types of toxins from the body.

Caffeine, pollutants, food colours and preservatives are some of the main toxins that need to be flushed out from the body. Detox also helps the body to rest for a while, so that efficiency of the body can be increased. Here are some steps in which the process works:

  • First, it removes sugars, refined carbs, dairy products and any preservative items, which are in the body.
  • The next step is consumption of absorbable juices so that the body has sustained energy throughout the completion of the process.
  • Most important step is to give body major nutrients. This can be done by eating fruits and vegetables in steam or raw form.

The whole procedure doesn’t have to be tasteless and it can be made enjoyable by using honey, green tea and herbs. Detox is necessary for the body to function properly and can be done once in every month. In the case of a medical condition, it is best to consult an expert before starting the detox process.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
