On the other hand coconut water is loaded with a lot of natural minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and no external chemical. That is it is a purely organic drink. It contains a high amount of electrolyte, which makes it a great energy drink that can be used for sports.

Moreover, coconut water has less sugar and acid content, and at the same time it helps to keep you hydrated. Electrolytes are important for your heart and muscle to function properly and this is a common knowledge among all athletes.
