What are the factors?

Ovulation is the most common cause of infertility in females. It is the process during which egg is released. One-third of infertility problems in women are caused due to ovulation.

Age also plays an important role in female fertility process. Ageing is one problem that can alter the process of ovulation, which can make it difficult for women to conceive.

Other factors include hormonal imbalances, low production of eggs and other bad eating habits.

Extreme stress and too much of exercise can also pose threat to hormones. It can result in anovulation, which means not releasing eggs.

Structural problems in women’s reproductive system can affect the fallopian tubes or uterus. This can destruct transporting and implantation of the fertilized egg.

Few women have problems in these organs such as an abnormally shaped uterus. Others have fibroids, which blocks the walls of the uterus. This can affect the embryo ability to implant. But, these problems are occurred due to various conditions such as sexually transmitted diseases, infections and few surgeries

Endometriosis is a condition, in which the tissues that should normally found in the uterus are set down in other places of women’s body. This affects many things of the reproductive system and results in pelvic pains.
