While it is true that these are contributing factors but the main reasons why acne and pimple pop up on the skin is because of some small everyday habits that we develop over a period of time. The following is a list of the 4 most common everyday habits that may be causing acne and pimples:

Washing Face with Soap

Soap has a pH value which can make skin alkaline and this can harm the acne prone skin and thus it is best to avoid soap and rather go for a light and gentle face cleanser.

Not Using a Moisturizer

Moisturize restores the volume of the water lost from the skin and hence repairs damaged skin. A good moisturize must be used every day after washing your face and not doing so can cause acne.

Not Using a Sunscreen

When your skin is on acne treatment, not using good water based or gel base sunscreen may damage it further and hence one must make it a point to apply it every day, even at home.

Using a Scrub to Clean Face

Using a scrub on inflamed skin can cause further inflammation. One must rather use fingers or cloth tissue to clean the face.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
