The first thing that has to be ascertained before undergoing surgery is whether the procedure is required by the patient. This surgical procedure is indicated for a person having a flabby abdominal region or prominent flanks.

Apart from the surgical procedure, the other things to be done for an effective outcome are:

  • Healthy eating- The person undergoing the liposuction procedure should follow a strict diet plan. Regular diet should be incorporated with fresh fruits and vegetables. Deep fried, oily food and irregular meals should be avoided.
  • Exercise – A regular exercise plan should be followed. Exercising 45 mins a day and 5 days a week should be done on a regular basis.
  • Medical treatment of some diseases – If a person is suffering from systemic diseases like high blood pressure, Thyroidism or Diabetes, these diseases have to be treated first before he undergoes the surgical procedure.

Thus on a concluding note it can be said that, to achieve the desired results of Liposuction, a healthy diet  and exercise plan should be followed. Those suffering from diseases like high blood pressure, Thyroid or Diabetes have to be medically treated before undergoing the Liposuction procedure.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
