How to Detox your Body Naturally with the Power of the Sun

If you wish to detoxify your body and get rid of harmful chemicals and toxins, then there are two amazing ways to do so and they are given as follows:

Sunlight

It is important to get a lot of sunlight every day. Vitamin D3 which is known as the sunshine vitamin can really help to kill off bad bacteria.  Recent studies have provide that about 20 minutes of sun exposure everyday can make the body produce over 200 antimicrobials which kill bad bacteria, viruses, parasites and funguses. Vitamin D can also help kill cancer cells. It can detoxify and leech the toxins. So make sure you get about 20 minutes of sunlight per day. Use a sunscreen with zinc oxide to avoid getting sunburn or rashes.

Exercise

Exercise allows your lymphatic system to drain which in turn helps to get rid of the toxins from the body.  Exercising also promotes sweating which too helps flush out toxins from the body. Thus it is a good idea to workout outside your house in the sun as it helps you to not just get sunshine but also workout in the open air for best detoxification.
