So for example your weight is 50 kgs then the approximate calories that you must have every day is about 1200 calories per day to maintain your current weight.
If you eat less than this number of calories or if you burn them through exercise, then you will be able to lose weight. But if you eat more then you may not find it easy to lose weight but may rather gain some. So it is important to pay attention to each thing that you eat and see how many calories it has. Doing this, you can get an idea of how many calories you are having per day.
