It is important to sleep on your back and not on your stomach. Your knees must be slightly bent when sleeping on your back and this can be done by placing a pillow under the knees. This position helps the lower back and spine.  While sleeping on your side, you must stabilize the neck to avoid neck pain.

If you sleep on your stomach, you must either turn the head to the right or the left. If you put your head down in this position you can develop a sway back and this is not a very good position to sleep in. It is important to remember that when you get up from this position, you must always first get on one of the side and then roll the legs. Sit on the bed for about 15 seconds to get the blood flow to be normal and stabilized throughout the body. If you get up too fast, it can make you feel dizzy and you may fall and end up hurting yourself.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
